Congressman Ungab allocates 140 million for Food Terminal

Representative Isidro Ungab has allocated 140 million pesos for the first phase of the construction of the Southern Mindanao Food Terminal Complex this 2016. The project will involve site development, the construction of commercial stalls and administrative offices.
The project, located in the National Development Company owned property at DARATEX in Daliao, Toril, Davao City, is expected to boost agriculture as well as accelerate economic activities for Davao City and its nearby localities. PB Rodolfo Te is elated and has been supportive of this project which will serve the good of the constituents in the barangay.

Sangguniang Barangay Committees assigned

Committee chairmanships in the Sangguniang Barangay of Daliao have been assigned during the first regular session of the new council held last July 7, 2018. The powerful Committee on Finance is now handled by Kgd. Joseph Dumogho while Kgd. Junex Oberez holds the chairmanship of the Committee on Infrastructure and the Committee on Peace and Order. Kgd. Dumogho is also head of the Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries. Meanwhile, Kgd. Ryan Maboloc now chairs the Committee on Education whereas Kgd. Lolito Sucayre handles the Committee on Ethics and Good Governance and the Committee on Urban Planning. Kgd. Rodel Granada holds the chairmanship of the newly merged Committee on Health and Social Services while Kgd. Anthony Mulat is head of the Committee on the Environment and the Committee on Solid Waste Management. Kgd. Munding Zapanta is chair of the Committee on Tourism and SK Chairman Maymay Aquino, by law, chairs the Committee on Youth and Sports.

DPWH to implement more infrastructure projects in Barangay Daliao - PB Rodolfo Te

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has implemented various infrastructure projects in Barangay Daliao this year. The road widening project to four lanes in J. dela Cruz St. and Fish Port Ave. is on-going while another budget has been allocated for various road concreting projects and drainage improvement in the barangay, including a proposed multi-purpose building that will serve as a new recreation center. PB Rodolfo Te is grateful to President Rody Duterte, Mayor Sara Duterte, Sen. Bong Go, and Congressman Isidro Ungab for the progress they have brought to the barangay. The Sangguniang Barangay, especially the Committee on Infrastructure led by Kgd. Genaro Oberez Jr., and members Kgd. Ryan Maboloc and Kgd. Joseph Dumogho, has been active in the effort to push for equitable and sustainable development meant to benefit their constituents and the next generation. Barangay Daliao is one of the biggest barangays in Davao City in terms of population.
